Summary
RubyDevelop is intended to become a complete development environment for the Ruby language and maybe other languages later.
It is based on the Ruby-GNOME2 binding libraries.

Features
The project aims to become an integrated development tool, so there are basic features like e.g. project management, syntax highlighting, and class browsing.
Unfortunately the project has an very unstable status at the moment. It is usable but a lot of features are still not implemented. :(

You can download the initial release from the project page. Note that this release is far from being stable.
